Clients
Sixty years of business has brought experience, depth and clarity for a broad variety of situations and client diversification.
Our clients can expect when approaching us with most any situation that we will have experience in that area.
Our client base is broad as it is diverse. We service individuals, businesses, not for profit organizations, pension plans and governments. Size of the client ranges from the "little guy" to the high net worth individual and from the business start-up to businesses grossing hundereds of millions of dollars.
Geographically our client base is spread through-out the country and abroad. Technology has allowed us to maintain and service relationships over the years as our client base has grown. As we see the economy growing international so has our client base.

What services we provide
Taxes - We do a lot of tax returns. Individual income tax returns, corporate income tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, estate tax returns, not for profit information returns, pension plan returns and payroll returns.

Audit, Review and Compilations. These are all service areas provided to our clients. Typically these type of services are compliance related. Compliance relating to a bank requirement, donor request or government mandate. On occasion a departing Treasurer or Board member wants the books audited.

Valuations. A variety of situations give rise for valuation services. Valuations are provided for most types of business(we do not value real estate). Many circumstances exist that require valuations such as divorce, gifting, sale or purchase of a business, stock incentive plans and estate tax to name a few. Valuation reports of this nature are designed to withstand a high level of scrutiny. The reports are professionally written and comply with valuation industry standards.

Special Projects
Sarbanes-Oxley legislation no longer permits the auditor to provide consulting services. Consulting to the bigger companies in various matters has been a growing part of our parctice.
In the community our reputation often makes us the Firm to got to when special projects arise. When approached with special projects it is rare given our history to not have experience in a given area.
